Having supported Daniel since he opened his shop, the Dale Oxygen team understood his requirements and introduced him to Swift-Cut.<\/p><p>Daniel immediately saw how CNC plasma could improve his operation. When he returned to the show in 2025, he was ready to invest.<\/p><p>Before installing the Swift-Cut, parts were produced using a handheld plasma cutter, grinders and cut-off wheels. The process worked, but it was labour-intensive and increasingly difficult to sustain as the business became busier.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-62dd289 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"62dd289\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f130d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f130d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><span style=\"color: #d90000;\"><strong>At the centre of production<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p>Today, Daniel uses the <a href=\"https:\/\/swift-cut.com\/usa\/cnc-plasma-cutting-machines_n2\/\">Swift-Cut PRO 510<\/a> almost every working day, producing everything from straightforward workshop parts to components for major truck and semi-trailer repair projects.<\/p><p>The company cuts a wide range of materials, including mild steel up to one inch thick, as well as significant quantities of aluminium.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #d90000;\"><strong><em>\u201cAt some point during almost every working day, I\u2019m programming parts and cutting them out. It\u2019s so easy to use. I can walk up to the machine, draw a quick part and cut it right away.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #d90000;\"><strong><em>\u201cThe pre-programmed shapes help me work even faster when I need to cut something simple. With the Swift-Cut table, my efficiency is through the roof. I don\u2019t know what I did beforehand. I find myself thinking, \u2018What in the heck would I do without that thing?\u2019\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>That additional capacity is particularly valuable as the company supports a major account involving ongoing semi-truck repairs.
