Eagle Fabrications set to soar with Swift-Cut

Eagle Fabrications & Insulations Services Ltd specialise in the supply and installation of ventilation ductwork to the construction industry.  A company that has been in business for 25 years and prides itself on owning state of the art equipment to provide the very best engineering services, we were thrilled when they chose the Swift-Cut CNC Pro 3000 table to replace their older plasma machine.

Eagle Fabrications metal ducting work specifically for the HVAC industry requires cutting capabilities for 0.6mm, 0.8mm and 1mm galvanised steel sheets and to achieve this they chose the Swift-Cut 3000 Pro table with Hypertherm Powermax45 XP, two Compressors, a Sideros extractor and dryer.  This table combines all the great features of the pro series, designed to focus on cutting thinner metal accurately and swiftly.

The pneumatic ‘Soft-Sense’ system determines sheet height without deflection on even the thinnest HVAC materials, and the Intelligent Torch Height Control maintains the perfect cut height, and repeatable cut quality, meaning it is a table so finely tuned that it’s perfect for Eagle Fabrication.

The Swift-Cut system is not only precise, but its durability allows them to cut for six hours a day, seven days a week – a vast improvement on not only the speed of cutting but the quality too.
