Acres Engineering Expands its Capability with Water Jet Cutting
Acres Engineering is one of the leading design and manufacturing businesses for custom finished products which they can design, manufacture, assemble, load test, and CE mark. They also take care of any additional elements required for custom machines or small automation jobs; including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control elements, and where needed provide regular thorough examinations. Although their focus is on manufacturing custom solutions, they also provide a sub-contract parts and sub assembly service to their customer’s own drawings and designs.
From initial consultation and CAD design to prototyping and manufacturing in the quantities you need, when you need them, Acres work alongside their customers to create a partnership that contributes to making them the preferred supplier of leading names across a broad range of industries.
To further improve and extend the services they offer, Acres has just taken ownership of the Swift-Jet Pro waterjet and they couldn’t be more excited about the benefits this impressive piece of kit will mean for the control they can have over processes, cost, and lead time.
Swift-Cut commissioned the new waterjet machine a few weeks ago and the Acres CNC team has already produced a number of components for incorporation into their products.
Acres Engineering’s clients see a lot of potential for this machine’s capability and as such by the end of week one, they had thirty-five days of cutting queued up from eager customers keen to benefit from the Swift-Jet Pro’s incredible capabilities.
