What if I need help with my machine?

We provide help through our online support solution, we constantly update our video library to help you, we also provide a self diagnostic tool which should take you through your issue.

If none of the above help then we are only an email away.

Please note: your Swifty will only works on Windows.

 

Can you ship outside the UK?

Yes we can ship anywhere in Europe, we also have distributors in other parts of the world.

 

What warranty do you provide?

We supply a one year warranty policy on the table, this excludes postage and labour. If you have a defective part, just ship it back to us and we will replace it.

Is the machine easy to set up?

Yes the machine has been designed with the end user set up in mind!

We have online support videos and set up guides to help you through the process.

The set up should only take 20 to 30 minutes.

What do I need to have in place in order to operate the machine?

To operate the Swifty you need to provide a personal computer or laptop. You’ll also need a plasma source and an air connection, unless you purchased these with the Swifty table.

 

What type of computer / laptop do I need?

The software can be operated on any PC or laptop with the following specifications:

32 or 64-bit Laptop or Desktop

Windows 7,8 & 10

2Ghz CPU

4GB RAM

Video card with 256MB RAM

Ethernet port

For best display: 16:9 Aspect ratio

Min 1366×768 Resolution

Do you provide drawing software?

We don’t because most our customers prefer to use drawing software they’re already familiar with or cut designs already drawn from other sources.

 

Do I need to use any specialist gases such as Argon or Oxygen to cut with the Swifty?

No, just your normal compressed air.

 

What files do I need to run the Swifty?

In order to make the Swifty run you will need to import DXF files into the nesting software. Please note that these DXF files will need to be to scale before they are imported.
